Black cotton sateen ~ potato masher dipped in my special discharge potion and applied to the cloth ~ splatters, too, because of the wayward drips ~ This turned out so well, I'm thinking, "just quilt it."

Here's a hint for all of you: it is made from something you find in the cleaning section of the grocery store...you can make it thick or drippy!
Did you add water to the powdered cleaner - I forget what they call it because I don't buy or use cleaning products - my dh does that!
We have a winner!!! Gerrie figured out my little secret - it's cleanser with bleach. I hope to post some pix of other pieces I'll be doing and giving some info.

We don't have that here in NZ - but we DO have bleach gel toilet cleaners, and these are what I use for discharge in my Surface Design class.
Oh, I would have guessed the cleanser with bleach, but I thought that was what Sue B said. I thought it was the same thing. Rats, I could have been right.
Yes, but not quite right on the Rockford thing. My son might be coming there to work for the Rockford IceHogs, via the Chicago Blackhawks. Maybe we might meet up. I was there briefly last week.
