I would love to find out where this dress is on display! My sister sent me this photo in one of those forwarded-forwarded-forwarded e-mails...Bizarre challenge: I would also love to see the Project Runway designers have to create an ensemble from condoms...I'm afraid though that Santino would probably have fiberfill stuffed inside some of them, making them stick out everywhere...
Looks like the hottest colors, don't they? And who is the guy touching the dress-the designer, or maybe he's the security guard at the museum where it's on exhibit!

There is an artist here that makes ball gowns from trash bags and plastic...but I admit the condoms are even more fascinating. :)
this is probably in africa, as they are trying to promote aids awareness. the colors and style of the dress also suggest that.
